Mackenzie Heights is a small neighbourhood on the west side of Vancouver. It’s small, quiet, and the perfect place to raise a family. The neighbourhood has a beautiful location which affords many properties excellent views of the North Shore Mountains, access to some of the city’s best schools, a short commute downtown or to the beach, and spacious outdoor green spaces.

Location and Transportation
Mackenzie Heights is a residential neighbourhood on Vancouver’s west side. Its borders are: Kerrisdale (West 37th Street) to the south and King Edward Street and Quesnel Avenue to the North. Blenheim Street, a gateway to the Dunbar neighbourhood is on its west side, and Larch street, bordering Kitsilano are on the other. It’s neighbours Dunbar, Kitsilano, and Kerrisdale provide residents with access to shops, restaurants, grocery stores and cinemas. Downtown is a short drive away as is the University of British Columbia.
Located in the centre of the neighbourhood, Balaclava Park is a large area with soccer fields and a jogging track, an off-leash dog area, wading pool, rugby field, softball field, cricket pitch, and field house for community use.
Mackenzie Heights affords residents the privacy of a small neighbourhood, but benefits from the commercial hubs of its neighbours: Kitsilano, Kerrisdale and Dunbar. All of these neighbourhoods are home to scores of grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and community spaces.
