About Fraser
Fraser is one of East Vancouver’s popular up and coming neighbourhoods. Affordability, accessibility, and diversity are all characteristics of this in-demand enclave where prices are more affordable but the downtown core is only a short drive or bus ride away. The vibrancy and hip attitude of Main Street are also only a few blocks to the west. This proximity has been driving new businesses and revitalization, like the city’s Earnest Ice Cream, a popular startup in the neighbourhood, or Matchstick Coffee, a bustling coffee shop with some of the best baked goods in town.
