About Renfrew

Renfrew is a neighbourhood in East Vancouver that was one of the first developed suburban areas. It’s a residential neighbourhood with big parks, tree-lined streets and a friendly vibe. It’s home to the city’s highest population of children and youth, as well as a growing senior’s population. Its location, next to the vibrant Commercial Drive (Grandview) neighbourhood, and Hastings East, home to the new East Village Neighbourhood, marks this as a prime residential option for buyers looking to buy a starter home close to the action.
