Having started in 1980, my core philosophy has always been built on trust. I created a business model built on trust and hard work, knowing the results would follow. The assumption was that if I did a great job, the referrals would form a major part of my business. In addition, if I did an outstanding job for my existing clients, they would use me again in the future. This certainly has come to pass with the vast majority of my business coming essentially from these two sources, past clients, and referrals.
It is of paramount importance that my clients are happy at the end of the process, and I ensure that it is done stress-free!! No matter what the challenge, I attend to it. Many agents will drop the ball once the cheque is in the bank. I take the opposite approach! If anything comes up, I take care of it.
