This iconic East Vancouver neighbourhood is bisected by the bustling Knight Street, a main arterial route running north and south through the city. The area is a winning combination of quiet residential streets with lots of commercial amenities and villages at central intersections. King Edward Village, a development at the intersection of Knight Street and Kingsway, is a prime example of a village-style development centred around a high-rise with grocery stores, banks, and coffee shops surrounding it. As well, residents living at this juncture can treat themselves to some of the best dosas in town!
