Onni Group has partnered with Vancouver Coast Health to redevelop a 24.5 acre plot of land within the Cambie Corridor. With masterful planning, this new community will be based on the principals of economic, environmental and social sustainability.
The community will offer an eclectic mixed space that includes residential, retail, commercial, recreational, healthcare and urban farming! Everything you’ll need will be just a few steps away in the Cambie Corridor – one of Vancouver’s fasted growing neighborhoods. To that end, a new Canada Line transit station is planned for Cambie & 57th to accommodate the incredible growth taking place here.
Amenities
Because this is more than just a ‘building’ plan, and more of a community development, many of the plans for amenities have yet to be determined. Rest assured, each building will have its own amenities. Within the neighborhood are a multitude of shops, restaurants, parks, and the YWCA.
Plan also include an underground parking garage and storage facilities for each building.
