I wanted to share a recent article in The Globe and Mail in which I was featured, discussing evolving price trends and shifting demand across key Greater Vancouver neighbourhoods.

Over the past decade, Vancouver’s traditionally most expensive neighbourhoods, particularly the west side and West Vancouver, have seen price declines, while more affordable areas, especially the east side and surrounding regions, have experienced significant growth. This shift is driven by changing buyer preferences, with younger buyers seeking better value and more vibrant communities, as well as policy changes like foreign buyer taxes and bans reducing demand in high-end markets.
