Location and Transportation
Located in Southwest Vancouver, the northern border of this neighbourhood lies at West 49th Ave. The western boundary is the snaking SW Marine Drive. To the east, the boundary is West Boulevard and to the south, the terminus of the neighbourhood is the intersection of SW Marine Drive and Granville Street. This places residents within driving distance of all the amenities in the recently revitalized stretch of commerce along Granville. Residents living at the north end of the neighbourhood are also serviced by Kerrisdale’s busy business district. Residents living here are a short drive from UBC, downtown Vancouver, the Vancouver airport and Richmond, balancing the quiet solitude of its lush situation with an ideal proximity to the hustle and bustle of the urban centre. Public transportation options are available along West Boulevard and Granville Street.
